| With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the usage of the elevatorincreases significantly year by year. Since the elevator has been much close ties withpeople’s livelihood, the safety performance of elevator has drawn more attention ofthe whole society. The harmonic is inevitably created with the power transformationin the power and electronic technology, which is conducted through the power lineor the electromagnetic radiation, not only causes the voltage waveform distortion, but also interferes with the electrical equipment around..On the other hand, the modern elevator widely used computer control andmicroelectronics technology, is more susceptible to interference, compared withtraditional relay control system. Therefore, to limit the interference through powerline and electromagnetic radiation and to improve the ability of withstandingexternal electromagnetic interference in elevator electrical equipment become a newrequirement of the elevator product. To suppress the electromagnetic interference by using the filter in the elevatorsystem is one of the most effective methods. The main topic of this paper is toreduce the electromagnetic interference intensity in the elevator control system byusing the EMI filter. To separate the common mode and differential mode noises onthe supply side by using the CM/DM separation method is proposed based on theworking principle of the conduction interference test instrument of LISN.At the same time, to measure the S parameter of the network on power filterside by using the network analyzer is proposed for problems of mismatch on thesource impedance and load impedance, and of the insertion loss of power supplyfilter. The insertion loss in any working condition is calculated according to thesource impedance and load impedance in actual system. It solves the mismatchproblem of the source impedance and load impedance for the EMI passive filter onthe power supply side of elevator system.Experimental results show that the design of EMI passive filter and active EMIfilter for the power of elevator system meets the relevant provisions of the elevatorEMC standard. |
