60years after the founding of China. Heilongjiang Province has built a large number of water conservancy projects.But these projects are prevalent in low standard, poor supporting, aging disrepair and other issues. This performance with traditional concrete is not high there is a big relationship These issues seriously hampered the development of China’s water conservancy. By studying the type and dosage of raw materials, water-cement ratio, sand-cement ratio impact on the fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength and pressure-fold ratio of reactive powder concrete (RPC), as well as steam curing parameters of RPC. The ariticle identify reasonable mix and conservation programs of RPC. And carbon fiber reactive powder concrete (CFRPC)’s preparation and strength were studied. The article laids the foundation for Heilongjiang hydraulic engineering using higher strength RPC, CFRPC and preparation of farmland prefabricated.First RPC’s water-cement ratio and superplasticizer dosage are studied. Twice water-cement ratio0.22and0.23were elected for comparison. The best dosage of superplasticizer are3%by mass of cementSecondly the dosage of silica fume and fly ash,and sand-cement ratio,were studied to analyze the effects of different mix of RPC’s fluidity and strength. When water-cement ratio of0.22, sand-cement ratio of1.0, silica fume, fly ash and superplasticizer are20%,25%and3%by mass of cement, the compressive strength,flexural strength and pressure-fold ratio respectively122.1MPa,15.1MPa,80.9.Again with different parameters on RPC and different curing systems, RPC’s strength and electric flux are studied to analyze different parameters on the steam curing RPC performance. Resting time16h or more, the heating rate does not exceed20℃/h, constant temperature above80℃, constant temperature time above16h RPC gets performance. With steam curing system RPC’s strength and electric flux are better than standard curing system.The mixing process of CFRPC and CFRPC’s fluidity and strength are studied. Different mixing of CFRPC process has a effects on CFRPC’s fluidity. Carbon fiber makes RPC greater fluidity reduced, but significantly increased flexural strength and crimping ratio.Finally CFRPC’s microstructure and steam curing parameters under different RPC’s microstructure are observed. The difference of strength and power flux are explained from the microscopic.
