| With the rapid development of social and cultural functions, the temporaryperformances and events grow rapidly, and the temporary grandstands are used morewidely. With respect to the permanent stands, temporary grandstands do not occupysites for a long time, have more flexible forms, can be built rapidly and recycled, whichmake it broad application prospects. However, the theoretical study on the temporarystructure is relatively backward, which results in frequent safety accidents in the field.Furthermore, the structural style of the temporary stand is single, which results in thepoor aesthetic sense and economy. In addition, the special form of cultural performancespresents higher requirements for the construction and dismantling efficiency oftemporary grandstands. However, there is no reliable design software for temporarygrandstand yet. It leads to the low design efficiency.According to the theoretical status of the current temporary stand, to explore thetemporary structure stability theory, realize the automation of design and constructioncalculation and develop new temporary stand structure style, the theoretical analysis andsimulation is conducted with the support of the National Sci-Tech Support Plan(2014BAK14B05). And for the rapid construction design of temporary structures, thesoftware development is carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The arrangement of diagonal for temporary grandstand truss structure isoptimized based on the single jump load test data.(2) The stabilities analysis of single-frame and three-dimensional structure arecarried out, and the safety control of preventing overall collapse has been obtained.(3) Based on structural optimization selection, a new type of temporary grandstandis put forward which is combined by the lattice columns and truss girders. Based on thetime history curve of crowd-jumping load, the dynamic response characteristics of thestructure have been obtained.(4) Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, a temporary stands structuralparametric design plug-in has been developed. It not only ensures the structural safety,but also improves the design efficiency greatly and realizes the structural automation oftemporary grandstand. |
