Inrecent years, Along with the research of sewage-source heat pump go deep intocontinuously, its application range is gradually widely. The hotel’s sewage water’squality is good, so it has strong recyclability. Base on the sewage dischargesituation of the hotel in Harbin, design a sewage-source heat pump system forheating water of hotel swimming pool, and studies the system’s operationperformance.To test the feasibility of the system, the text calculates the load of theswimming pool and the average flow rate of the hotel’s sewage. Checking whetherthe heat extracted from sewage can satisfy the swimming pool, when the sewagetemperature under the most unfavorable circumstances. To determine runningparameters of the heat pump, the text designs the evaporator and the condenser,and then, chooses the appropriate compressor and electronic expansion valve.Establish mathematical model of the heat pump’s four parts, and use theMATLAB run software simulation. Research on operating mode of the heat pump,observe whether its operation condition can meet the requirements of systemdesign. On the basis of the software simulation and the design conditions, analysisof the changing rule of the main parameters of the system performance when theevaporator’s area, the condenser’s area, the sewage heat resistance, thetemperature and the flow rate change in a reasonable scope. These rules canprovide reference for practical engineering. |
