Mass Property of aircraft plays a vital role in the aerospace, engineering machinery,weapon systems and suchindustry, these parameters (mass, center of mass, moment ofinertia, dynamic balance)provides important reference and basis for product evaluationfor the missile design, calculation, flight track control, attitude control. More and moreengineering experience has proved, this kind of high technology, high precisionproducts such as missile as far as possible to reduce the repeated installation work, isthe key to ensure that the indexes of the measurement accuracy can meet therequirements and measurement work.The mass property of the missile parameters measurement system is based on multipoint weighing method(mass, center of mass measurement) and six attitude method(moment of inertia, dynamic balancemeasurement) mass property of integratedmeasuring equipment, multi-point weighing measurement of mass and centroid ismainly based on the principle of moment balance, six state method is mainly based onthe natural frequency of torsional pendulum system theory.In order to achieve the six attitude measurement function of this system, this systemhas the adjustment mechanism can pitch, yaw two degrees of freedom attitudeadjustment function are installed on the measuring platform, based on this mechanism,system can accomplish all the attitude adjustment in addition to roll out. Through theestablishment of the object to be measured in two different postures of the torquebalance equation can be established the closed equations with the coordinates of thecenter of mass, can build the closed equations with six unknowns include inertia matrixestablishment torsion dynamics equation of six different attitude, so that the system cancomplete the mass property measurements without body roll. Case, one of the maincharacteristics in this system.The main design principle according to the system and core mechanism andanalysis of the expansion. First discussed in full on the measurement principle of thesystem, including the definition of coordinate measuring principle, mass, centroidmeasurement principle, principle of the rotation inertia, dynamic balance measuring principle and process design. Then analysis and measurement system two coreinstitutions, including torsion pendulum and the integration of air bearing. Vibrationperiod wiggler mechanism is mainly used to measure the analyte in torsion pendulummovement, are discussed respectively without considering damping linear pendulummodel, considering linear pendulum model damping and approximate nonlinearpendulum model, according to the main parameters of the model are designed torsionspring rod, and simulation. Integrated air bearing is mainly used to load all the weight ofmeasured object and measuring platform, and provide a non friction pendulumenvironment. The mathematical model of the air bearing, the main parameters of the airbearing design and air bearing strength check completed the design and analysis of theair bearing. Finally, the test data for the measurement system of mass property wereanalyzed, verified the measurement capability of the system.
