| The total number of oil consumption and the import of our country has increasedannually. The vehicle oil consumption occupies a large proportion of the large quantities ofannual oil consumption. The proportion of fuel costs in vehicle costs are increasingly.However, the problem of fuel consumption is getting a lot of attention of our country andconsumers. From the view of related researches which have been already finished, previousstudies reduced the fuel consumption through three approaches generally: improvement ofroad conditions, vehicle itself, and the drivers. Current researches tend to consider the impactof these three areas integrally. Constructing an integrated system---driver, vehicle androad---has become a focus in recent years, which can achieve the lower fuel consumption.In the context of the big data provided by Tianxingjian vehicle network system which isa program of Shaanxi automobile group co., LTD, This paper has researched the factors offuel consumption of heavy truck under the consideration of the integrated driver-vehicle-roadsystem, including using the signal acquisition of vehicles to study the drivers’ behavior,analyzing the specific factors of fuel consumption which driver-vehicle-road system affect onand selecting the big related data of fuel consumption. In the analysis of the factors whichinfluence on the fuel consumption, it is mainly from the three parts of the driver, vehicle andenvironment. Environmental factors include road conditions and weather factors. It does notidentify the driver’s driving behavior during the driver’s study, only from the entire evaluationprocess instead; vehicle module divides into four parts of the tires, body, power train, engine.After the analysis of the extracted factors affecting fuel consumption, this article drew themaps of vehicle energy consumption.The data selection used in this study is based on MATLAB tools, including determiningthe research data, filling in missing data values, smoothing the data noise and identifying theoutliers. Because the data type studied in this paper is different, the collection frequency isdifferent. it is necessary to match the different frequencies of the data. Then, the research hasused multivariate statistical methods to analyze the data comprehensively, find the key factors,and identify the relationship between the main factors of fuel consumption. The analysis which used multivariate statistical methods for data analysis is based on SPSS software tools.Firstly, the paper has analyzed the different correlation between the collected data. Secondly,the paper has analyzed the principal component and redefined the index comprehensiveevaluation of vehicle operating conditions and fuel consumption. Finally, the paper concluded,and the results would provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the driver’s drivinghabits and the increase of fuel efficiency. |
