There are many flaws of regular Inner supporting system. For example, occupying thespace of basement structure, needing cross construction with basement structure and so on.However, the key role of top beam hasn’t been taken seriously, it is just regarded as safetycapacity. Since1990s, Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted large amounts ofresearch on the space effect of the top beam–supporting piles, which is great significance forpractical engineering. But the theoretical research, about the combination of top beam withprestress technology and Inner supporting system is still staying the preliminary stages, whichhasn’t been completed.The main research contents of this paper about interrelation of prestress fish-bellied topbeam and supporting piles are as follows:1) Summarizes the research results and engineering application of the synergistic effectabout top beam and supporting piles, then make a valuable suggestion for optimal design oftop beam and supporting piles.2) Summarizes the theory of soil pressure of supporting structure and the finite elementtheory. Introduces how to analyze prestress fish-bellied top beam and support piles usingMidas GTS finite element software.3) Analyzes how the prestress fish-bellied top beam and supporting piles works, thendeduces the formula of top beam effective prestress. Meanwhile studys prestress fish-belliedtop beam and supporting piles structure using the three-dimensional finite element and buildsthree-dimensional finite element model with MIDAS GTS. Further more, by controllingvariate method, summarizes the optimal value of prestress fish-bellied top beam span-depthratio, sectional area of supporting pile and the sensibility of pilespacing to supportingstructure deformation.4) Applying this new method into practical engineering and contrasting it with theoriginal engineering design, verify the rationality and advantage of the method mentioned inthis paper. So that it can provide valuable reference for the application and extension ofprestress fish-bellied top beam and supporting piles structure.
