| In nearly a decade, the state has implemented various real estate regulation policies. In2013,the new five policies" were implemented. While to curb speculative investment demand, thepolicy put forward to increase supply, which was especially suitable for low-cost of "rigiddemand", small and medium sized ordinary commercial housing and affordable housing. Tomaintain long-term stable and healthy development of the real estate market, we must support therigid housing demand of the common people.In the relevant provisions of national policy, there is not the word "just need". It is the nounwhich has been produced in marketing process by the real estate developers. Literallyunderstanding,"Just need to be" is the rigid demand, which means that living is the first condition.Rigid housing demand refers to the home demand and improving demand of buyers for the firsttime, which is the force to support the rapid development of China’s housing market.This article selects four rigid residential projects of Guangzhou,1double room limitedresidential projects,1high-end residential project as the object of this research. Combined withthe condition of rigid housing in Guangzhou, the author completed a preliminary investigationabout the present situation of Guangzhou residential landscape construction, positioning matchthe rigid residential landscape quality standards, summarizes successful experiences of residentiallandscape construction rigidity of large real estate developers of Guangzhou,. Expect to providereference for domestic rigid residential landscape construction. The results of the article are asfollows:Chapter1introduction part describes the current situation of the rigid system of residentiallandscape construction under the strict control of the real estate, and put forward the practicalsignificance of the research problem and practical purpose, the research significance, contents,methods, relevant theories review and defining the important concepts.Chapter2comparison with three types of residential landscape construction, including rigidresidential, high-end residential housing, double limit room, and investigate different positioning projects of the same developers in Guangzhou, which including Guangzhou poly "star" on thewest coast, poly west bay, poly days yue garden project. Collect relevant data and drawings fromlandscape orientation, landscape configuration, technical index, landscape cost and quality controlpoints, and preliminary summary rigid housing unique landscape features.Chapter3mainly research on the construction of residential landscape of Guangzhou, aboutthe representative real estate companies of Guangzhou, including Vanke, Poly, and Evergrande.rigid residential landscape construction in view of the existing research results are collected,including vanke Jin Yu Blue Bay, Murraya Poly Park, Evergrande Greenland and introduces case.Compare with the differences and similarities of real estate rigid residential landscapeconstruction of Poly, Vanke, and Evergrande.Chapter4summarize residential landscape construction rigidity characteristics ofGuangzhou, through the survey data in chapter2,3, sum up rigidity characteristics of residentiallandscape construction of Guangzhou, including design quality control, cost control, engineeringquality control.
