The finite element method is used to study therelationship between the electromagnetic force,displacement and control current, including linearregion of the electromagnetic force and the electromagnetic force coupling.and Research shows thatthe linear system assumption is reasonable. and This research provides the basis for magnetic bearingsupporting parameters identification.Magnetic bearing equivalent stiffness and damping research is based on the frequencycharacteristics of the magnetic bearing control system.Radial magnetic bearing supportingcharacteristics are studied by theoretical analysis and simulation. Aiming at the shortcomings of thetheory analysis,This paper put forward a method of system frequency characteristic test. Magneticbearing supporting parameters under static levitation are identified by test method.Accurate rotor support model is the basis of supporting parameters identification.Magneticbearing rotor support model is established by finite element method and transfer matrix method.Dynamic response of two bearing rotor model are analyzed by Patran-nastran and Matlab. Aiming atthe shortcomings of the rotor finite element model,rotor model is updated based on the responsesurface method.This paper studies the magnetic bearing supporting parameters identification based on responsesurface updating method,including the basic principle of supporting parameter identificationmethod.Finite element simulation verify the validity of this method.According to the unbalanceresponse,Magnetic bearing supporting stiffness and damping under rotor running condition areidentified based on the test data.
