| With the popularity of photovoltaic applications, power loss problems and the actual poweroutput of PV modules has attracted more and more attention. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)technology is becoming a hot topic of photovoltaic power generation, and already got certain results.MPPT algorithm has become the core competitiveness in this field.The main topic of this paper is about designing of the overall PV maximum power point trackingsystem, based on the test subject-250W PV module. Hardware includes main control circuits designand current, voltage and temperature acquisition circuits design. Software design is focused on MPPTcontrol algorithm. In the end, certificate the feasibility and effectiveness of whole system by test.The research work includes the following sections:1ã€According to the working theory and operating characteristics of solar cells, through theanalysis of existing MPPT algorithm, considering the complexity feasibility, reliability and otherfactors of the algorithm, some valuable guidance for the whole design was provided.2ã€Use STC12series microcontroller as control center,complete the hardware circuits design ofintelligent junction box with function of maximum power point tracking; Intelligent monitoringsystem was built with integrated wireless communication modules.3〠Based on the Keil development environment, complete the software writing anddebugging,which includes data acquisition and process, MPPT control strategy, temperature controlstrategy and wireless communication.4ã€Test the whole system through several experiments. |
