In recent years, with the development of the microelectronics technology, the electronic productshave become more miniaturization and integration. However, the energy of these devices is stillsupplied by the traditional chemical batteries, which is hard (sometimes even impossible)to replace.For these reason, the vibration energy harvesting technology has been paid much more attention bythe researchers.A kind of electromagnetic vibration energy harvestor was designed and optimized in this paper.Its basic principle is the law of electromagnetic induction. The physical model was analysed in theoryand the general design rules were concluded.A kind of snake-like cantilever plane spring in thevibration-picking system was designed and the dynamic analysis for its finite element model wasdone with ANSYS. The results verified that the inherent frequency of the structure was close to thenature frequency, which is good for the energy harvseting.A new type of magnet array——Halbach array is used in the structure, whose characteristic is toenhance unilateral sine magnetic field effectively. The static magnetic field analysis of thetwo-dimensional model was given with Ansoft maxwell2D.The preliminary results of the magneticfield distribution were worked out. The structural parameters were optimized with Ansoft maxwell3Dand the optimized3D model was analysed to figure out the magnetic flux in the coils, when thesystem was vibrating in the first order order modal vibration. Combined with the vibration equationand harmonious response analysis results, the relationship of the induction electromotive force withthe time is fitting out by Matlab.Then the output performance can be derived.Finally, the relevant output performances of the prototype were tested, which can confirm thefeasibility of the system.The drawback of the system and further research suggestions were pointedout in the end.
