So research a kind of video capture system with the function of targetdetection and automatically maintain a stable position video equipment is Meaningful.This paper based on the reference video surveillance systems and unmannedaerial vehicles at home and abroad. Proposed a self-stable visual tracking PTZ controlsystem. It has the following features: automatic identification of dynamic movingtargetã€automatic control of the camera according to the target so that the target isalways in the center of the camera screenã€the results of target identification to passthrough a ground station data link technology.According to the functional we design ofthe following modules: PTZ execution module that motor control module, PTZ stabledetection module parameters, Target recognition and image positioning module.The PTZ in this design used two Two-phase hybrid stepping motor as rotatingactuator.The design used subdivision driver chip driven approach to subdivisionstepper motor control. This driver IC used STM32103Z as arithmetic processor. Thismethod is simple and easy to achieve and anti-jamming; this design used S3C2440asvideo processing module. In the operating system on which the transplantlinux2.6,Then use open source libraries such as jRTPlibã€Xvidã€OpenCV to Achievetarget detection and target tracking.
