The micro motor is an indispensable important-part of modern equipment, weapons, office automation. In order to meet the proposed requirements of the currentultrasonic motor such as much thinner, much smaller, much lighter, and many otherrequirements, we need to launch a linear ultrasonic motor with high-speed, high-thrust and precise positioning. This paper is going to do research on designing a linearultrasonic motor driven by the stator’s dual bending model of rectangular crosssection strip plate. The main workdoneasfollows:1. Through studying ultrasonic motor study status home and abroad and itstrends, the topic is pointed out to be significant.2. The bending vibration equation of rectangular beam plate is derived afterclassifying the vibration of rectangular beam plate and making three assumptions. Theassociated performance parameters for piezoelectric materials and friction materialsare analyzed while the size design and adhesive of the piezoelectric material and thesize and location design of the drive gear.3.The paper analyze the movement mechanism of the motor in the two modesafter fixing the B06and B09bending vibration modals for the electrical work, Twomodal frequencies are41.764kHz and81.645kHz by carrying out fixed-frequencyanalysis for the electrical work.4. This paper completes the motor assembly design and does some research onthe movement of the drive gear by the mode decomposition of motor’s work. Itcompletes harmonic analysis, and calculates the maximum amplitude2.0μm and1.8μm.5. Something is done that studying about the motor’s driving force characteristicsin the rising phase and the descent phase. After showing simplified mechanical modeldiagram, the contact strain formulas will be deduced between the ceramic plate andthe stator.6. Completing the physical production of the stator and its modal testing, theresults show that the two working modes are respectively31.531kHz and85.875kHz.There is the test of the motor’s correlation output characteristic of speed andfrequency, speed and voltage completed in this paper, and the results show that: there is a linear relationship between the motor speed and the frequency or the voltage in acertain range, and the motor speed will be up to105mm swhen the voltage is200V.
