The organic solar cells have some unique features such as wide material sources, low cost, simple fabrication and through design of the materialc can regulate theperformance of solar cells. In this paper, brief introduction of ploymery solar cells anddye-sensitized solar cells’s theory, structure, and development trend were outlind. Wehave designed and synthesized new D-A copolymers and D-π-A dye sensitizeds, thenhave the corresponding of their performance. At the last, the two different type ofploymery solar cells were tested and analyzed.First, new copolymers of PC2and PC3based on carbazole dervatives,benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’]-dithiophene(BDT) derivatives with alkoxy and thiophene as sidechains wer synthesized. Then the corresponding of their performance were tested.Analysis of them found that they have good thermal stability and broad absorptionbands. From the results of electrochemical cyclic voltammetry, these two polymesbandgaps are almost agreed with optical bandgaps. In the end, the polymery solarcells which have a active layer of PCBM and polymery were tested.Second, some new copolymers based on double bromine compounds and a pairof tin compounds were synthesized via the Stille coupling reaction. Analysis of themfound that they have good thermal stability and broad absorption bands. From theresults of electrochemical cyclic voltammetry, these polymes bandgaps are almostagreed with optical bandgaps. In the end, the polymery solar cells which have a activelayer of titanium dioxide and polymery were tested.Third, three novel dyes were synthesized and charactered. They havecarbzole-based as elcetron and cyanoacrylic as electron acceptor and bridged bythiophene ring and benzene ring. We designed these dyes have the some donor andacceptor with different bridges, then the corresponding of their performance weretested. We found that increase the number of thiophenes, absorption band havebroader. |
