Study On Formation Mechanism And Control Of Design Defect In Concept Design For Hardware Product

The product design defect is caused during the design process and causesinfluences of different degrees to the function and performance. As the concept designis the most critical stage of the process, it is great important to the product quality thatcauses the function defects and product structure defects during the product designprocess. From the view of the technology and the management, the papersystematically and comprehensively analysis the relationship between influentialfactors and the concept design defects, and study the assessment method and controlmeasure of the concept design defect.Firstly, the paper definition the concept of design defect and analysis thedevelopment mode of hardware product, and from perspective of processmanagement, study the formation mechanism the concept design defect. With theview of process method, the writer detailedly analysis the basic activities of conceptdesign process and design influential factors, and established the structure model ofconcept design defects, then quantificationally description the model with the fuzzyanalytical hierarchy process.
