The development of energy storage technology take key breakthrough to theutilization by new energy and the reasonable arrangement of energy consumption inair conditioning industry. The application of phase change energy storage technologyin the middle of the spiral tube heat exchanger has a broad development prospects andgreat significance.This thesis studies three main contents: First, use spiral tube heat transfer theoryto establish mathematical model of spiral pipe and using FLUENT software for thesimulating of spiral tube heat transfer, compare analysis under several differentdimensions model of heat transfer law and effect; Second, establishing mathematicalmodel of spiral tube energy storage box according to the phase-change materialsmelting and solidification theory, use numerical simulation research on energystorage box in the process of cool storage and heat storage phase change material,get the change rule of temperature distribution and liquid distribution to identify cycletime of the spiral pipe storage box of energy storage and release; Third, to design a setof economic and reasonable equipment according to the simulation of energy storage,and make a comparison between experiment and simulationThrough research, we may draw the following conclusion: the heat transfereffect of spiral pipe will be enhanced by the secondary flow; The reduce of the spiralintercept and spiral diameter can enhance the secondary flow effect of spiral tube;Natural convection has a certain impact on each point in the energy storage box whenthere is a phase change process, but it has a little effect on the overall energy storagecycle of the energy storage box; When design about Spiral tube energy storage box,the uniformity of phase changing should be considered, as far as possible to reducethe casing of phase transformation difficulty; The results of project research played acertain guidance and help to design and optimization. for the spiral pipe phase changeenergy storage equipment.
