In the past ten years, the economy of China has the fastest increasing speed in theworld. It promotes the progress of urbanization and leads the development of vehicleindustry. Because the lack of the parking position, disorderly parking phenomenon isserious than before. This not only causes the traffic jams but only destroy theenvironment of the city. So to develop the three-dimensional garage is an effectiveway to solve these problems. So it has a nice future.Mechanical Three-dimensional garage is involved in the mechanical design,automatic control technology, and computer technology, modern advanced technologyof intelligence, systematic, optic-mechanical integration of logistics storage andtransportation system. This paper describes the three-dimensional garage technologyat home and abroad and present state of the system and introduces a small capacitythree-dimensional garage depends on the characteristics of other three-dimensionalgarages. It is a very convenient to use, easy to spread, little difficult to develop andlow cost device. This rotating garage is consist of a rotating main structure andexternal lifting mechanism.The emphasis of the garage is the design of key parts of the push-pull mechanism,and develop the3-D model using the PRO/E software, and check its possibility. Alsodo research on the analysis of the model including static analysis about initial boardmodel, improved the model and the whole board model, modal analysis about thecarrying board model. And a reasonable model is developed by the data of theanalysis.Then introduces some research on the motion of the push-pull mechanism. Asimplified model is developed according to the working state and characteristic of themotion. And the3-D mode this model is sent to ADAMS which can do some motionanalysis about this model. The motion of the push-pull process is divided to two process-pushing process and pulling process. Then analyze the process separatelyusing ADAMS. Then we get the position changing curve, speed changing curve,acceleration changing curve and contact curve of the carrying board. Then someuseful suggestions are came up with after the deep analysis of these curve.This garage reduces the production cost, improves the degree of automation ofthe control system and enrich the parking equipment types. This three-dimensionalgarage can satisfy the mechanical three-dimensional garage function requirement,develop some basic theories for the further research and also has a great meaning forthis society.
