Coking of aviation kerosene is a key problem for scramjets active cooling. In thispaper, the effect of temperature, pressure, resisting time and heat property on coking ofaviation kerosene is experimental investigated, and then the effect of coking on thecharacteristics of heat conduction is experimental investigated.Firstly I have investigated the effect of temperature, pressure, resist time and heatproperty on the quantity of coking, and achieved the relationship between cokingproduction and emperature, pressure, resist time and heat property.Secondly I have investigated the effect of temperature, resist time and heatproperty on the surfurce characteristics of coking, and made a summary of the processof coking. And I also find some special coking, such as the―snowflake coking‖and the―scale coking‖.Finally I have investigated the effect of coking on heat conduction, and achievedthat coking would make a serious influence on heat conduction. We should payattention on the coking effection for the safety of combustion engine. |
