With the application of PBSD is more and more widely, at present,as a kind ofanalysis method of structural seismic performance, Nonlinear Static Method has wonthe acceptance of the seismic researchers gradually. How to find a simple and accuratemethod to calculate the target displacement of structure is one of the key difficulties ofNonlinear Static Method.This paper mainly studies the displacement coefficient method, analysis theinfluence factors of various parameters, and aims to find a displacement coefficientmethod based on the conditions in our country. This paper selects491wave, and begrouped according to the characteristics of the cycle. Based on the elastic-plastic timehistory analysis of single degree of freedom system, we can get the formula fordisplacement coefficient method used in field conditions. Finally, this paper designs11framework example in different intensity area and different total number of layers.Elastic-plastic analysing by finite element analysis software OpenSees, this articlecontrasts and analysis the effective and difference of the improved displacementcoefficient method and ability-demand spectrum method, provides reference for thedetermination of target displacement.the main conclusions in this paper as follow:1.By using the Displacement coefficient method to solve target displacement, theaccuracy depends on the selection of parameters, This article obtained the displacementcoefficient method formula which is suit for China’s site condition by inductive analysis.This paper find the values ofC1is mainly related to the strength reduction factor andthe nation period.2.For the improved capacity-demand spectrum method, this paper compared thelv Xilin-Zhou Dingsong, Fan Lichu-Zhuo Weidong and Zhai Changhai-Xie Lilimodel to solve the target displacement of reinforced concrete structures. the differenceof these models is not big, both precision can satisfy engineering demand. In theexample of this paper, for the multilayer frame structure, lv Xilin-Zhou Dingsongmodel accuracy is better; For the high-rise frame structure, Fan Lichu-Zhuo Weidongmodel accuracy is better.3.Improved displacement coefficient method is more close to the targetdisplacement dynamic time history analysis results than the unimproved method. This paper compared the improved displacement coefficient method and the improvedcapacity-demand spectrum method to solve the target displacement of reinforcedconcrete structure, found that both accuracy were similar, but the improved method forcalculating the displacement coefficient is more convenient.
