Study On Implementation Strategy Of The Green Construction Mode

Along with the push of the national economy, the domestic economicdevelopment level, scale of construction has been improved. Future developmentprocess, how to effectively promote resource conservation and environmentalprotection for the principle mode of green construction, important for nationaleconomy achieve sustainable development. But, for now, in the process of promotinggreen construction mode in our country there are still many obstacles, the effect ofgreen construction mode and breadth has a serious influence. So, how to guarantee theeffect of green construction model is each scholars and practitioners pay attention toand study the important issues.This paper comprehensively introduces the present development situation ofgreen construction mode, and systematically summarizes the outstanding problemsexisting in the traditional construction mode, thoroughly discusses the importance ofthe widespread implementation of green construction, at the same time, the authorfrom the cognitive factors, policy factors, economic factors and so on three aspects:system, summarized the present domestic obstacles obstacles of green construction,and puts forward the corresponding measures, such as strengthening the public’sperception of green construction mode level, control and strengthening bidding stage,etc., and specifically analyzes the flaws of these measures, and puts forward theconstruction waste source reduction green construction mode; Then, based on the testfloor for an engineering example in a chemical plant, systematically verified theconstruction model of maneuverability. In this paper, by using value engineeringprinciple, analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy mathematical method tocalculate the value of coefficient of different construction schemes and the greendegree. At the same time, through the survey to obtain relevant data in engineeringproject construction process, in-depth comprehensive of adopting the constructionmodel of economic cost accounting, to reflect the source reduction green constructionmode in economic cost and environmental protection in different aspects, such as ahuge advantage.
