In recent years, high-rise buildings are the common form of urban residence, andthe kitchen is an important part, indoor air quality is also more and more gettingpeople’s attention. At present the high-rise residential kitchen flue use the common shaftconcentrated smoke exhaust system, this way of exhaust smoke have some problemsthat at the bottom of the floor the smoke cannot discharge fully, between the floors thereis a flow backward phenomenon; in the whole smoke exhaust system, smoke is uneven;these phenomena make the harmful gas such as lampblack abounding in the kitchen,which caused great harm to human body’s health.On the basis of the relevant research at home and abroad, this article furtherdiscuss、analyze and research the existing problems of the smoke exhaust system ofthe high-rise residential kitchen. Mainly through experimental testing and usingcomputer numerical simulation method, the author analyze and study the smoke exhaustsystem of the high-rise residential kitchen, seek method to solve the problems that fluegas cannot discharge, smoke, flow backward.This thesis experiment the smoke exhaust system of two different cross-section of33-layer, and analyze, contrast and summarize the measured data, and analyze thecharacteristics of the gas in the flue and the reason for the short of smoke exhaust effect.Based on the experimental studies, the author simulate different cross-sectionaldimension for the smoke exhaust system of different heights Floor (33,24,18,12,9,6-layer), and finally determine a suitable cross-sectional dimension for the smoke exhaustsystem of different heights floor.Based on the above research, this paper combine with the two experimental models,respectively simulate the two experimental models, and analyze the reason of the problems such as the amount of smoke is insufficiency, exhaust flue gas is uneven. Andthe author optimize different forms of two experimental models by using the numericalsimulation, namely partition the static pressure inside the flue vertically, change theform of guide-structure in the flue, through the optimization program, the existingproblems has been improved to some extent.Combining with analysis method of the smoke exhust system of33-layer and theguide-structure model of optimization, the author carry on numerical simulation for thecurrent common floor24,12,18,9,6-layer, verify the applicability of the guide-structure mode of optimization, which provide some reference for the following fluedesign and experimental research.
