Thermal insulation properties of building insulation materials play very important role inenergy efficiency,the central task of this thesis is to develop thermal conductivity coefficientmeasuring instrument for building thermal insulating material,according to the actualdemand of manufacturers and development tendency.The design goal of measuring instrument:with a predetermined temperature,to measurethermal conductivity automatically,it can realize the automatic measurement temperaturesignal and power signal、temperature-automatic control、calculations automatically anddisplay output automatically. The contents as follows:This paper introduces research background,measuring method for thermal conductivityare introduced,present situation of thermal conductivity coefficient measuring instrument isanalyzed,on this basis we lodge the research aims and main task in the study.According to theoretical analysis of one-dimensional stable conduct heat, the formulaof thermal conductivity is inferred. In accordance with the formula and measuring principle,we develop the mechanical structure and intelligent measure and control for thermalconductivity coefficient measuring instrument.In this paper measure and control module are designed. The main parts are the selectionof temperature sensor、the design of temperature measurement circuit、the design of controlledcircuit and the design of power measurement circuit.For boosting systemic overall performance,the algorithm for control is analyticallystudied and instrument was controlled used Fuzzy PID control algorithm. The controlprogram are designed,and the system can speed reach a steady state and calculate thecoefficient of heat conductivity quick and accurately.Through the test,we have found the control law and experimental results was analyzed.
