In cold region of northern China, craze, malposition and slumping etc often appeared because of rigid lining for canal and repeatedly frost heaving and thaw soil, whic seriously affected anti-seepage saving water and drainage slope stability, reduced the anti-seepage liner plate’s service life, which has become a problem in urgent need to reform in the cold Rehabilitation of water-saving irrigation area.Rice shell has porous, low density and low thermal conductivity, its characteristics in concrete mixing and, on the other hand, can make full use of agricultural production waste, reutilized; On the other hand, improve the heat preservation effect, as the concrete channel lining materials can achieve seepage control and insulation antifreeze dual function, and has important expansion of research value and positive social significance. In order to improving permeability of husk concrete, this article took some methods for crushing husk, adding fly ash ect, meanwhile , concrete mechanics performance、durability and insulation properties were studied. Main conclusions gained can be expressed as follow:(1) Results show that the variation between the compressive strength of concrete and the rice husk particle size is a first variation of increasing and then decreasing when the Particle size is from 0.63mm to 4.00mm. The compressive strength of concrete is the maximum when the average size husk in the rice husk concrete is 3.18mm(2) Three factors sequence affecting compressive strengths of rice husk concrete: Water-cement ratio>Content of rice husk>Content of fly ash. The compressive strength of Rice husk concrete increases first and then decreases when each factor increase. The compressive strength is better when Content of fly ash is 17.5%~25%、Content of rice husk is 8.5%~10%,Water-cement ratio is 0.37~0.4.(3) The relative permeability coefficient of rice husk concrete decreases first and then increases when content of rice husk and content of fly ash is increase and increases all the time when Water-cement ratio is increase; The impermeability is better and the dry density is smaller when water-cement ratio is 0.37, content of rice husk is 12.5%, content of fly ash is 18%. Three factors sequence affecting Relative permeability coefficient of rice husk concrete: Water-cement ratio>Content of rice husk>Content of fly ash.(4) The influence rules which is Water-cement ratio、content of rice husk and content of fly ash affect mass loss is that the mass loss of rice husk concrete decreases first and then increases when every factor is increase; The Mass loss is smallest when the water cement ratio was 0.43 husk mixing content is 10%, 20%.(5) The thermal conductivity of husk concrete is greatly reduced and the coefficient of thermal conductivity is is about 14%~19% of common concrete thermal conductivity when adding husk to concrete. When the rice husk amount is 11.5%, the water ratio is 0.39and, the coefficient of thermal conductivity value husk concrete is 0.2690 W/m·K...
