| With the continuous development of science and technology, our country takes seriously more time on environmental protection, energy conservation.Emissions reduction has become urgent in the field of energy in our country. Most of domestic coal-fired power plants is numerous, still as the main power generation capacity, the emissions of waste water and gas bring enormous pressure to environmental protection. Because of the serious harm of emissions of nitrogen oxides, selective catalytic reduction reaction widely used in ammonia ACTS as a reducing agent is as waste gas processing method. In the process of reaction,the content of filling the ammonia can neither too much in order to avoid corrosion of pipelines and equipment, also cannot too little becasuse of short of gas processing requirements. In order to guarantee the reaction condition, measuring the amount of emissions of ammonia escape is a kind of simple and feasible method, this article is the study of ammonia escape measuring equipment, as a new implementation of measurement of emissions of trace concentrations of ammonia.In order to ensure that the appropriate reaction, collecting and measurement of ammonia content in the exhaust emissions is important what means to observe the state of the reduction reaction.The theory is based on the spectrum absorption measurement as the foundation,using the TDLAS technology as the measuring principle, to the design ammonia escape analyzer equipment. For the hardware, the use of mitsubishi PLC and its extended module is to be controlling core, including relay collocation group,PT100 temperature sensor, dc power supply, switch insurance is built platform,learning and using PLC controlling software DX developer,to write in a way of sequential function chart that completes PLC control, communication, timer program. On the software, by using the Lab View platform, it is designed with direct measurement method and the proportion of inversion method combined with TDLAS gas analyzers, into data acquisition, data storage, data processing, density and display and other functions.The equipment is tested by the known concentration of ammonia experiment,can measure and get the accurate concentration data, the data is valid, reasonable,waveform displaying are clear and it complete experimental results show that hardware selection is suitable, software program is correct to able to complete the measurement of trace concentrations of ammonia, this ammonia escape measuring equipment has certain reference significance in the future research. |
