With increasing of mining depth, the soft rock problem are more and more prominent, soft rock roadway branch support problem has yet to fully resolved, that is still a worldwide problem, the existing nursing theory and technology can not solve large deformation problems of high stress argillaceous soft rock roadway. Taking Jiangjiahe 650 m second mining area mine roadway track as engineering background, using the surrounding rock rock experiments, theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement, etc., soft rock roadway support mechanism and technology has been systematically studied, we obtained the following main results:1)we analyzed the second mining area track roadway surrounding rock structure and mechanical properties, and obtained the immediate roof of track roadway in jiangjiahe coal mine is mudstone and sandy mudstone, roadway surrounding rock mechanical properties is difference, determined Second mining area track roadway surrounding rock loose circle range, a large loose circle of the surrounding rock is ⅳ or ⅴunstable surrounding.2)we analyzed the influencing factors and damage degeneration mechanism of soft rock roadway. we obtained deep soft rock roadway overall deformation characteristics. studied the soft rock roadway "O" type support theory, proposed to build a pressure shell, let aside a reasonable space and the second high resistance support scheme.3)According to the reserved pressure space experience formula, we calculated the reserved pressure space is 0.22m~0.44 m, soft rock roadway is high stress, to let roadway surrounding rock can fully release the deformation energy, the reserve pressure space should be slightly takes bigger, comprehensive analysis of the factors, take the reservation to pressure numerical space is 38 cm.4)Analyzed of the different length and density of the bolts to the soft rock roadway deformation to determine the reasonable bolting length and density. That the length of the anchor is 1.6m, the reasonable density is 0.7m×0.7m, the reasonable support strength of the anchor bolt is 60 KN.5)Established the first Supporting timing and intensity of support of second mining area track roadway, and second support timing and support strength, The first support must be timely, the second support strength is 0.6MPa~0.816 MPa,and the Second support lag time supporting 20d6)We carried on industrial test, From the results of field monitoring shows that anchor construction quality meet regulatory requirements, roadway deformation within the expected range, the design of reticulated shell scaffold is rational, lattice shell support is not destroyed, bolting parameters is reasonable, the reservation space meet the needs of roadway deformation.
