| Based on the papers about comprehensive dust proof technology method of mechanized excavation face from home and abroad, this paper this paper selects the 1508 mechanized excavation face of HeYang company as the research object to study the laws of the dust transport by the method of theoretical analysis, field and laboratory test and computational fluid dynamics. According to the results in combination with the practice and test, it put forward a set of suitable for comprehensive tunneling working face dust technology. Firstly, introduce the general situation of 1508 mechanized excavation face and test nature, concentration and dispersion degree of the dust, and analyzed the characteristics and law of dust of 1508 mechanized excavation face of HeYang company. Secondly, according to two phase flow theory, it using the numerical simulation software FLUENT To calculate the comprehensive tunneling roadway dust concentration in the migration and distribution along the path. Combining with field measured data, it can be seen that comprehensive tunneling roadway dust concentration in decreases continuously with the increase of distance from working face finally tends to be stable, and 5m to dust concentration is higher. At last, this paper analyzes the mechanism of spray dust and the influence factors of the spray dust effects. Combined with the the shortcomings and the insufficiency of the current situation of dust control of 1508 mechanized excavation face of HeYang company, design and application comprehensive tunneling working face dust technology. Through the contrast test of before and after the application, the results show that the comprehensive tunneling working face dust technology is remarkable, and it can work in the similar mine dust removal in the promotion and use. |
