Along with the automation level of fully mechanized mining face is increasing day by day, Realize manless coal face is the development direction and the goal of fully mechanized coal mining technology. The automation of fully mechanized “three-machine” linkage process is the premise and basis to realize manless coal face. At present the domestic part of coal mine has achieved a certain automation function to follow machine, But basically is used in automatic control system of abroad, and domestic technology is not mature.Through analysis the fully mechanized mining technology, linkage requirements and the working principle of Coal Mining Machine, Hydraulic Support and Scraper Conveyor, and take the equipment of a fully mechanized face as the research object, a scheme of three-machine linkage process is formulated and the three-machine linkage process is given.The overall scheme of the three-machine linkage control system is designed, and the relevant parameters need to be detected is determined. The linkage controller and support controller is selected and designed based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC,the linkage parameters detection sensor is selected,the communication between the controller is determined,and then build the hardware platform of the control system. The PLC control software of linkage controller and support controller is designed based on the technological process and the analysis of the three-machine linkage logic relationship, the system monitoring platform is developed by using configuration software WinCC. The effectiveness of three-machine linkage control software is verified in the environment which simulation software PLCSIM virtual PLC hardware.To sum up, a complete set of solutions of fully mechanized three-machine linkage control is researched and designed based on the parameters of fully mechanized mining equipment and the requirements of fully mechanized process. It has a positive effect on improving the automation level of fully mechanized coal face and realizing the automated manless coal face.
