At present, the reduction and control of the urban sewage and pollutant in lakes and rivers is one of the problems of water environment governance. Especially,reduction and control of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and COD is essential to enhance the water quality. Traditional ecological technology plant can absorb nutrient salts in water and sewage and plant roots have a certain role in inhibition of algae allelochemicals and improvment the water quality by producing allelochemicals. However, the traditional method has high ecological resource consumption,and hard to maintenance, it can not play a massive nitrification and denitrification.Ecological space reactor is a modular wastewater treatment technology means having the dual advantage of ecological treatment method and engineering applications,not only to build a stable ecological system containing aquatic plants, microorganisms,fiber media covered, while having stability strong, small footprint, simple to manage,easy to maintain, easy modularity and operating cost advantages. The ecological space reactor technology for conventional sewage treatment plant mentioned standard transformation has important academic value and practical significance.Thesis comparativly analysis the process used in the river water. and in-depth analysis and discussion based on the current sewage treatment plant effluent, to identify the main exist problems of sewage treatment plants, then use the key technologies of process characteristics, to optimize the combination,and systematicly study treatment mechanism and effects of domestic sewage in ecological space Reactor, sewage treatment plan to find a new techniques to replace substituted secondary treatment process. Finally analysis it is economic technology and application.The main conclusions are as follows:1. System design of eco-space reactorUsing the basic principles of ecological wastewater treatment, identified the main ecological processes novel combination and important member unit(plant unit ratio) of reactor system, and the A2/O technology, biological contact oxidation and the reasonable combination of artificial wetlands. Through the plant unit module, the module of the medium module and the supporting structure unit module are combined together. Support structure using U steel, so that the reactor can be replaced by the replacement of components, easy to maintain.The plant unit module is composed of different spatial aquatic plant plane modules,The upper layer is placed on the water plant, Placed in the middle layer of Submerged Macrophytes. Biological fiber medium module is mainly composed of biological filler.It have special structure with "double layer" and "gap layer". The system is composed of three ecological reaction tanks in series. Sink 1 planting iris, Iris tectorum and Hydrilla verticillata). Sink 2 planting Iris pseudacorus L and Elodea Canadensis.Sink 3 planting Scirpustabernaemontani and Myriophyllum verticillatum. All of the water tank are equipped with biological filler. It can provide a fixed carrier for microorganisms to further promote the purification of sewage.2. Study on the effect of ecological space reactor on the treatment of polluted riverThrough six months of experimental study, The results show that the removal efficiency of pollutants in the river is from high to low is COD>TN>TP >NH3-N.Removal rates were 86.52%,80.3%,76.52% and 74.17%,it have Significant effect. By the experimental resolution TP,COD,NH3-N and TN removal kinetics curves obtained its cutting model were different degrees of attenuation index curve. Running three months to achieve the effect of two kinds of water.3. Study on the improvement of the ecological space reactor to the sewage treatment plantBy comparing with the traditional sewage treatment plant sewage treatment, The results show that TN, NH3-N,TP and COD have a good removal efficiency of pollutants.Removal rates were 75.34%,84.74%,86.74% and 86.31%,it have Significant effect. By the experimental resolution TP,COD,NH3-N and TN removal kinetics curves obtained its cutting model were different degrees of attenuation index curve.The absorption and assimilation of aquatic plants and the biological denitrification of nitrogen cycling bacteria are two important ways to purify water quality. Throughexperimental observation, A large number of microbial flora were detected at each stage of the reactor. After 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days of operation, The structure of microbial community was gradually formed. There are a large number of T-RF, 491 bp,219 and 354 in the processing system. and the diversity of microorganisms in sewage was positively correlated with the stability of the reaction system.The first anniversary of the operation of ecological space reactor system. Water effect basically reached the national level two standards, some indicators even more than the national level A standard. Plate enzyme floating packing film for the water, the growth of microbes and phytoplankton provided suitable living environment. The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the system was enhanced by the synergistic action of the root system.4. Application Research and economic analysis of ecological space reactor treatment systemRealize the natural integration of the sewage treatment area and the surrounding green environment by the ecological space reactor. Seasonal energy consumption and tons of water and electricity consumption are lower than the traditional sewage industry.Not only in the technical process to solve the shortcomings of the existing traditional technology, while the economic cost is low,In the future market has a certain competitive advantages and unique advantages, application prospects, it is worth further research and development and application of it.This shows that the ecological space reactor has a good ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus, is a small town development, simple modular technology. At the same time as the traditional sewage treatment plant to carry out the reform measures are feasible, but it is necessary to further expand the in-depth study.
