Rockburst is a worldwide problem. However, the academic circles and the coal mine enterprises pay more attention to the inducing mechanism of the overburden movement and the adjustment of the stress field in the mining period, the study on information monitoring and control. They don’t pay enough attention to the study of rockburst disaster mechanism and control in coal roadway driving, just relying on the research results about rockburst during mining period or previous experience of preventing rockburst, lacking of scientific basis. Therefore, this paper comprehensively uses the engineering survey, statistical analysis, mathematical methods, computer programming and engineering practice, and other means to carry out the research on pre-evaluation method of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving. The pre-evaluation model of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving is put forward in this paper, and has provided scientific basis for rockburst control in coal roadway driving. This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1) The main influence factors of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving is revealed, and according to the times of rockburst occurrence under them, the importance ranking of rockburst influencing factors in coal roadway driving are given. What’s moer, this paper builds rockburst instance database which combines with the investigation data.(2) Six pre-evaluation indexes of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving is determined, and three layer pre-evaluation index system is builded, including:(1)The target layer, namely pre-evaluation of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving;(2)The criterion layer, namely the geological factors and mining factors;(3)The index layer, namely six pre-evaluation indexes.(3) Absolute weights are given based on triangular fuzzy number principle, and according to them, this paper uses the comprehensive index method to build the pre-evaluation model of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving.(4) The pre-evaluation software of rockburst in coal roadway driving is developed based on the VB programming language. It’s main functions include four modules: open CAD, roadway segment, rockburst risk synthetic index calculation, regional division. In addition, the software has been tested that all functions can execute normally. and the error message appears when an error occurs.(5)The pre-evaluation model and software of rockburst risk in coal roadway driving are applied to engineering practice and verification, and are proved to be accurate and practical.
