The main raw material of coal chemical industry is coal, the measures of chemical industry and the flow of raw materials into solid and liquid fuel and the product, so as to get a lot of fields of chemical products. The pressure relief valve group is located between the atmospheric tower and the decompression tower, which belongs to the coal chemical process route. High temperature flash angle type control valve is working in a vacuum valve material in the valve group. Control valve plays a major role in regulating media flow, in the medium through the top of the valve core, because channel change will lead directly to the medium showed throttle transformation and each device on the valve bring adverse flow wear risks, from academic experts from around the world on the valve flow wear, cavitation phenomenon has done a a large number of studies.Is introduced in this paper basic principles of computational fluid mechanics, identified with numerical simulation, the basic control equation, multiphase flow model, according to the model constructed by cavitation flow wear calculation mathematical model, identify and establish the basic control equation, for regulating valve in a typical open flow based on the implementation of data modeling and experimental.First determine high angle adjusting structure of the valve size, then according to the angle of high temperature regulating valve of the process parameters, structure size and operation conditions, combined with flow mathematical model and calculating formula of wear, in regulating valve typical open degree of flow field was numerically obtained flow field parameters of valve velocity, pressure, phase fraction, wear rate etc., regulating valve flow wear quantitative calculation is completed.Secondly, on the basis of decompression into the outlet valve group in different parts of a hardened layer on the surface of the different needs of, based on different surface hardening process(supersonic flame spraying, laser cladding and flame powder melt) performance investigation, comparative analysis and reduce cavitation and cavitation on the valve seat wear.This thesis mainly for angle regulating valve simulation analysis and experimental research, focus is the influences of high solid flash condition of the valve sealing structure, sealing performance and sealing mechanism, provides certain reference for the localization of the valve.
