| Schiff base compounds because of its C=N containing functional groups and its oxygen or nitrogen hetero atom, make it can coordinate metal ions and widely used in synthesis of the fluorescent probes. Coumarin derivative is a very good performance fluorescent functional groups. It has advantages such as high fluorescence quantum yield, desirable excitation and emission wavelengths, good fluorescence stability, easy preparation. As its structure is easy to be modified, it can be used to structure new fluorescent probes. As well as,the quinoline compounds also can used to synthesize fluorescence sensor. In this paper, two fluorescent aluminium ion probes based on coumarin derivative, one fluorescent zinc ion probe based on quinoline compound were reported according to complexing properties of schiff base. Specific content as follows:(1) A novel coumarin-functionalized fluorescent probe L1 was synthesized through condensation reaction with nicotinic hydrazide and characterized through NMR and mass spectroscopy. The positive response of the probe L1 to Al3 + ion with high selectivity and sensitivity was investigated by UV-vis and fluorescence spectra. In addition, the lowest detection limit was calculated to be 3.1 × 10- 8 mol/L.(2) a coumarin-functionalized fluorescent probe L2 was synthesized throug h condensation reaction with 2-naphthylamine for detection of aluminium ion. Its basic performance was discussed(3) A new fluorescent Zn2+ chemosensor, N-(quinoline-8-methylene) benz oyl hydrazide was designed and synthesized using quinoline-8-carboxaldehyde and benzoylhydrazine and characterized with 1H NMR,1 3C NMR,IR etc.Its selective identification to common cations were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results indicat ed that the complex could act as a highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probe for Zn2+ in THF(tetrahydrofuran) and Spectrophotometric titration and ESI-MS spectra indicate the formation of a 1:1 complex of Zn2 + with L3... |
