Our country is a less oil and more coal, the coal industry is the country’s basic industries, which healthy, stable and sustainable development is related to national energy security. Within ten years since 2003, China’s coal and gas outburst accident occurred on 1224 times, caused more than 1,000 casualties. With the increase of the depth of mining, underground mining conditions are more complex, coal and gas outburst and more severe degree of risk.In this paper, the use of the basic physical properties of coal SEM, coal adsorption devices were studied experimentally, according to heterogeneity of coal, on the basis of the coal region of their outstanding mechanical properties, homogeneity, etc. Coal and gas micro unit divided into a number of different tiny cubes. Calculation of theoretical and numerical simulation method are used to analyze the initial conditions for the destruction of coal and gas micro unit, the stress distribution around after the destruction of the generated gas to produce damaging effects on the surrounding coal and energy coal and gas outburst conditions proposed based on coal and gas outburst mechanism micro unit damage. Finally, the point micro unit of coal and gas outburst mechanism of damage is described, and the use of the theory and principle of prominent phenomenon outburst prevention technology were explanations.
