Because of tensile fracture zone of Fenghuang shan coal, The Space of Jinmei Corporate s arsenal has appeared cracks of different sizes. Cracks of groud have intensified rainfall infiltration and accelerated weathering of rock and soil. At the same time, the foundation of arsenal has appeared uneven settlement, resulting in varying degrees from the walls crack.That have seriously threated to the safe of arsenal. Now it s study are less that reinforcement process of stretching crack with the mined-out area. Study on reinforcement process of stretching crack with the mined-out area has been urgent. On the basis of the research that is deformation of tensile fracture with Fenghuang shan coal,the process of Sleeve Valve Pipe and pipe pile have been applied in engineering.Study on reinforcement mechanism of Sleeve Valve Pipe and steel pipe pile applied in the Fenghuang shan coal.the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Tensile cracks of Fenghuang shan have more commonly fractured angle. Width of groud crack is larger, with increasing depth, crack width decreases.(2) The sleeve valve Pipe grouting can effectively block stretch fractured rock mass and improve permeability of rock and strength of arsenal foundation.(3) By FLAC3 D simulations show steel pipe pile inserted stable bedrock can improve wear resistance surface rock movement and prevent the foundation of arsenal to sink.The research results can provide some reference to reinforcement of the similar stretch cracks.
