| Textile industry is an important part of the economy of China light industry. Since the murata vortex spinner was introduced into China as a new type of spinning equipment, good economic benefits has been brought. In order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment, it is particularly important to design a kind of high performance monitoring system for textile enterprises to make the continuant online monitoring on the work of murata vortex spinner.Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of the monitoring system which centers on single-chip microcomputer, industrial PLC, IPC and embedded processor is compared and contrasted in the paper. It combines the structure with the function and characteristics of murata vortex spinner and proposes a distributed monitoring system scheme centered on embedded system scheme. The distributed monitor system is divided into two levels, including spinning host control level and working site level.Industrial ARM9 chip S3C2440 is adopted in the master monitoring layer as its core processor with low consume, high speed and abundant resources in the chip and carries Linux operating system, providing fine interactive interface. The main control layer is responsible for coordinating the operation of the whole system, at the same time, it monitors the running states of the spinning host.Working site monitoring layer consists of three common monitors and adopts high performance STC89C52 as the processor and the extending peripheral data collection module. The three common monitors respectively monitor the working condition of the electrical machine, lifting frame, transducer and relays splicer carriages during the operational process of the splice car, auto doffer and bobbin stocker in order to achieve real-time monitoring and upload the fault signal.In response to problems of the feature of quantity nodes, long-distance communications and easy possibility to produce data conflict and blocking, a communication network interf which is based on ARCNET protocol and RS-485 to ensure the stability and accuracy transmission is designed in this issue.The results of the experiments show that real-time monitoring on the operation of murata vortex spinner devices can be realized by this system. With the distributed scheme, the system matches the practice better and provides guaranty for the relevant departments to increase overall work productivity. |
