Nowadays, coal mine security situation in our country has been increasingly improved, but because of the special working conditions and properties of mine resulting in hole accidents still occurs frequently. It is a serious threat to the personal safety, so establishing perfect communication system to strengthen exchanges between the underground and ground has important significance in improving the information construction and safety production of coal mine. The research of coal mine broadcasting system as one of the important communication systems has an important significance.After analyzing the characteristics of the public broadcasting system and study the existing problems of capacity, timeliness and transmission distance in coal mine broadcasting system, according to the results of comparison demonstrate technology, the paper put forward to build a coal mine broadcasting system based on IP broadcast which use the industrial Ethernet as the backbone, CAN bus as the extension. Entire system is mainly composed of PC monitoring center in ground and node gateway in middle layer, the radio terminal located in underground. This topic uses PC as the development platform of man-machine interface, and use gateway converter to solve problem of conversion using Ethernet and CAN, S3C2440 is selected as the core controller underground terminal, and describes the hardware design of radio terminal, including its peripheral circuit, CAN bus module, audio interface circuit etc. In the aspect of software, the paper completes the software design of PC monitoring station and the gateway node, and transplant LINUX operating system in ARM according to the terminal hardware platform; design the software of the CAN module and audio module. At the same time, in view of the coal mine broadcasting system has many different kinds of data, in the analysis of the data under the control of the CAN bus network transmission deadlock, key information can not be guaranteed and other defects, the paper puts forward a hybrid scheduling algorithm to ensure the real-time and reliability of data transmission. The algorithm was verified by the results consistent with theoretical analysis.The research of broadcasting system in coalmine based on CAN bus can complete a wide range of amplification, and achieves the goals of the design. It effectively promotes the exchange of information and management of safety production in coal mine, and has a good application prospect.
