It is an important part of realizing circular economy and low carbon economy to have a high efficient and clean utilization of the organic matter in coal slime. With Coriolus versicolor, Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Penicillium chrysogenum to study the mechanism for the microorganisms degradation and conversion of coal slime, this paper aimed to use Huangling No.1 coal slime as raw materials to explore the methods to use converted products of coal slime. For this, the author prepared media and cultured Coriolus versicolor, Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Penicillium chrysogenum, then the author studied the coal slime pretreatment, slime size, quantity of solution and the relationship between time of solubilization of coal and the effect on solubilization. The experimental investigation showed here: after treated with nitric acid oxidation treatment, coal slime was easier to be degraded by microbes, volatile content and ash content of slime after the pretreatment became low and element content of N and O increased while oxygen containing functional groups increased; The smaller the slime size was, the better the degradation was; With a certain quantity of solution, the efficiency of the conversion and dissolution of coal slime by the three fungi was high with time increasing and then flattened; When the time of solubilization of coal was extended, the efficiency of the dissolution of coal slime with the three fungi sharply increased and then flattened; After solubilization of coal, the solution p H value increased and it was from 7 to 10. After the pure culturing strains in the solid medium were induced by adding coals and double subcultring, a domesticated and improved strain was screened out and used in solubilization of coal experiment. The experiment results showed that the degradation effect of coal slime on which the domesticated strains had was better than that of the undomesticated ones. With orthogonal experiment method, the author found that the best parameters of Huangling No.1 coal slime were as follows: Penicillium chrysogenum was the best in the degradation of coal slime while Coriolus versicolor was the worst in the three fungi; In the optimum technological condition, the degradation rate of Penicillium chrysogenum which had the best degradation effect on coal slime was 16.85%. And the condition were that slime size is 0.3-0.125 mm and that quantity of solution is 20 m L per 100 m L, and liquefying time is 11 days.Empolying elemental analysis method, proximate analysis method, FTIR, XRD and ultraviolet spectrum analysis method, the author studied the properties of products of the solute and the mechanism of solubilization of coal. It pointed out that: after bioconversion the coal structure changed and the transformation that the coal slime underwent main came from the enzymes microbes secreted. The ash content sharply declined in the slurry after solubilization of coal with microbes. And the element content of C, N and S decreased while the element content of H and O increased; Functional groups decreased or even disappeared after the coal slime was degraded, which meant that organic component in coal slime depolymerized and degraded. The study on the bioconversion of Huangling No.1 coal slime had revealed the broad application prospect of the use of biodegradable products of coal slime as clean fuel and industrial chemicals.
