| Polyurethane chemical grout grouting material is a-NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymer and additives, and when it is touched water, it will produce gas, and its volume expansion also will be generated insoluble in water with certain gel strength. It is used widely in underground waterproof plugging engineering, building foundation reinforcement, the formation of a stable complex aspects of high performance grouting material.In this paper, TDI and polyether polyol synthesis of waterborne polyurethane with-NCO terminated prepolymer. By measuring the infrared spectrum and-NCO content, the author of the thesis is to identify factors monomer synthesis system and so affect the synthesis of polyurethane prepolymer body performance. The experimental results is that when the temperature at 110℃~120℃, under pressure-0.095 MPa, polyether polyols vacuum dehydration 3h and then obtain water content of 0.05% of the polyether polyol, and about 50℃ dropped TDI, and take programmable up to 80 ~ 90 ℃until-NCO content of about 20%, when the reaction is 2.5 ~ 3h better prepared water soluble polyurethane prepolymer.The most important one is water-soluble polyurethane prepolymer based agent, and together with solvents, plasticizers and other additives to prepare a water-soluble one-component polyurethane grouting material. In this thesis, the author discusses the solvent,-NCO content of grout viscosity, gel time, including water, foaming rate, compressive strength and retarder properties of the catalyst, the impact of water on the grout gel time. Through the experiment, it is found that when the solvent amount of 25% ~ 35%, NCO content of 7% to 8%, the resulting water-soluble foam polyurethane grouting material was 400-470%, compressive strength of 9~10MPa, the maximum a water multiple of 14 times; when the catalyst is 0.3% to 0.5%, the amount of retarder 8% to 12% of the effect the best prepared one-component waterborne polyurethane grouting material gel time in tens of seconds adjustable between a few minutes.Using the water-soluble one-component polyurethane grouting material as A component, with PEG600, DJ-12, MOCA mixed curing agent is the B component can make two-component polyurethane grouting material. The experimental results are when PEG600, DJ-12, MOCA weight ratio of 2:2:1,-NCO content of 6%~7%, R value of about 2.0 to 3.0, two-component grouting material prepared for the water expansion 300% to 370%, the tensile strength of 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa, elongation at break of 500% to 600%, the compressive strength of 30 ~ 35 MPa, having excellent mechanical properties and water can expansion properties. |
