Grouting method: it can enhance the strength of soil body and has the effect of leak-proof seal; it has become the necessary construction method for foundation treatment after development. Fill up corresponding types of grouting material to different stratums and then reaches the design requirements.This paper mainly takes the construction of main and auxiliary mine shafts at Beiyangzhuang coal mine of Yuzhou Mining group, Kailuan Group as background,the effluent reason when shaft passing through water bearing alluvium is analyzed based on the disadvantageous factors like the bad engineering geologic requirement of water bearing alluvium for shaft passing, great water output during construction,uneasily formation of shaft support, restricted drainage condition and poor stability,etc.This paper focuses on following works:Domestic and abroad research of grouting method, the development of classification, application and theory of grouting method.The effluent reason is deeply explored combined with engineering geology,proposes two practical grouting methods for the question of great water output during construction through summarizing the actual result from finished engineering grouting, meanwhile determines the final grouting method through comparison and selection of technology, time limit and economy.Relative parameter is mastered through real-time monitoring during grouting construction to ensure the construction safety.
