In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy,The production of human life, the rich in nitrogen, phosphorus of sewage into the natural water, which caused a great degree of influence in the water environment.Therefore, the water treatment technology in the removal of organic matter, at the same time, it also requires the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.in order to deal with the country’s new emission standards, nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology need to be improved. In this study,in order to improve the removal rate of pollutants in the water and the discharge of pollutants is up to the standard, the process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in urban waste water treatment by SBR is studied.In this study, the operation mode of instantaneous water, anaerobic agitation,aeration,anoxic agitation, aeration, sedimentation, drainage is adopted,which can take into account the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, after debugging, find the best running process:Influent 5min, anaerobic stirring 2.5h, aeration 4h, anoxic agitation 2h, aeration10 min, precipitation 1h, drainage 5min.On the basis of this, the effect of sludge age on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus is studied, and the optimal sludge loading and sludge age are 0.15 kgCOD /kgMLSS.d, 12 d. By adding different amount of methanol to the denitrification section, the effect of the system on phosphorus and nitrogen removal efficiency is studied, and the optimum dosage of methanol is 0.13 g.The addition of methanol to denitrification can not only satisfy the nitrogen removal, but also can reduce the effect of the "second release phosphorus" phenomenon on phosphorus removal, and can save the running cost in practical engineering.The effects of initial pH value,temperature and DO concentration on the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal are studied.After stable operation, the average removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are respectively 91.5%, 90.8%, 90.5%, 90.1%.The effluent water quality reaches the first level of A standard in < urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards >(GB18918-2002).It shows that the removal rate of pollutants has been greatly improved after parameter optimization of SBR technology.
