| Reactive dye has the largest share in the dyeing and printing market currently, but there are some big problems during soaping: the temperature is high, the soaping effect is bad, plenty of water and energy is needed. To solve these problems, we have to research new soaping detergent in order to make pickling and soaping in one bath, or reduce the temperature to save water resource and improve the soaping effect. This text mainly researched that polyquaternary salt and cationic surfactant compound can make synergism to enhance textile fastness, lower temperature and water consumption and improve soaping efficiency.Firstly, This text mainly researched the basic properties of polyquaternium-6,polyquaternium-7 and polyquaternium-10. In addition, also designed three groups experiments to explore the mechanism of action between cationic surfactant and reactive dye, cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and dye aggregate. It turned out that there’s a coulomb force between cationic surfactant and dye, cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant can make a synergism to improve soaping effect, nonionic surfactant can diffuse reactive dye aggregate in some degree.Secondly, researched the soaping effect of polyquaternary salt as a soaping detergent, also explored the influence factor of the soaping based on experiment. The soaping was after different dyeing concentration which was 3.0 percent(owf) and 5.0 percent(owf). The result showed that temperature was the biggest factor, which can produced a good effect at 80℃. The second biggest factor was soaping detergent concentration, which was 2.0g/L(Polyquaternium-6 and Polyquaternium-10) and 1.0g/L(Polyquaternium-7) in 3.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration;and 3.0g/L(Polyquaternium-6 and Polyquaternium-10) and 2.0g/L(Polyquaternium-7) in 5.0percent(owf) dyeing concentration. The third biggest factor was critic acid concentration, which was 0.4g/L in 3.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration and 0.6g/L in 5.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration. The last factor was soaping time, which was 20 min.Thirdly, researched the soaping effect of compound that combined Polyquaternium-6,Polyquaternium-7 and Polyquaternium-10 with six kind of different nonionic surfactant in different ratios respectively. Test absorbance of soaping raffinate solution and K/S of textile after soaping to characterize its effect. It indicated that the soaping effect of compound at 80℃ was better than normal detergent at 95 ℃. The best ratio between Polyquaternium-6 and Levelling Agent O-25 was 1:1, ratio between Polyquaternium-7 and AEO-15 was 1:2.Then, optimized the acid soaping process in 3.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration and 5.0percent(owf) dyeing concentration by orthogonal experiment. The result showed the best soaping process in 3.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration was that Polyquaternium-6 concentration was2.0g/L(Polyquaternium-7 was 1.0g/L), temperature was 80 ℃, time was 20 min, critic acid concentration was 0.4g/L. the best soaping process in 5.0 percent(owf) dyeing concentration was that Polyquaternium-6 concentration was 3.0g/L(Polyquaternium-7 was 2.0g/L), temperature was80℃, time was 20 min, critic acid concentration was 0.6g/L.Lastly, use the compound soaping detergent into bulk sample production to verified its practicability. It turned out that the effect of compound detergent was much more better than normal detergent in the factory, its fastness to wet rubbing had improved 0.5 grade, and its soaping fatness had improved 1 grade than normal detergent under 80℃, and saved 3 soaping water which achieved the purpose of lowering the temperature, saving water and energy. |
