Development On Cnc Machine Dynamic Design System Based On ANSYS

With the development of modern manufacturing industry and the science of technology,CNC machining technology is developing rapidly,CNC machine tools are widely used in mechanical manufacturing industry.The domestic market demand for CNC machine tools is becoming more and more strict,especially in its performance and function and the ability of rapid response to the new requirements. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, we should find the key that it is to be able to respond to market demand quickly and design the CNC machine with good static and dynamic characteristics efficiently.CNC machine parameterized dynamic design system is based on the modular technology,the parameterized design technology and the ANSYS development technology,According to the customer demand,The design of nc machine tools are fast and efficient,with the advantages of high reliability and low cost.The development of the dynamic design system in the design of nc machine tool has great application value in the process of optimization.In this paper, by research on CNC machine parameterized dynamic design system, we have made some achievements are as follows:1.According to the software engineering thought,the overall design of CNC machine parameterized dynamic design system is proposed from the system structure,workflow,data flow diagrams and functional aspects.2.Realize the connection between ANSYS and CMDS system. Based on the VC++environment,the registry programming and multi-process program combining APDL,then ANSYS begins running in the background,The operation interface is simple,clear and object-oriented.3.Created the database and management system.Database including CNC machine tool product information database, the process database, Technology database and the results of the analysis database,Some data has been written to the database,Data management function has been achieved.4.The design of CMDS system software interface based on the analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of CNC machine.To realize system function by the design of the product retrieval module,the parameter customization module,and the finite element analysis of post-processing module.
