The pulse-jet cleaning is the key technology to the long-term stable operation of the bag filter, however, its process is complicated, and the property evaluation index of it is not settled yet, so its effect is unable to be measured accurately. Therefore, we need through the experiments to research it, but the relevant data of the experiment device is lacking. The various parameters of the device can impact the cleaning effect. If the design of the device is unreasonable, the experiment result is inaccurate. It can influent the innovation of the products. So we need to design a set of experiment device and set up an experiment system of pulse-jet cleaning.We need to design the measurement and control system of the experiment for better controlling and monitoring the equipments. Its first objective is to realize the automatic control which includes the monitoring of the working state, and to analyse, process and store the field data. The second is to provide the basis of the data for exploring the pulse-jet cleaning mechanism, so as to improve the efficiency of the dust removal and reduce the energy consumption of the dust collector.In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:At first, on the basis of extensive reading related literature both at home and abroad, this article analyzed the research conditions of the pulse-jet cleaning and its experiment mechanism, and simulated the important parameters of the experiment device, and discussed the rationality of the design of the experimental device. On this basis, we designed a set of pulse-jet cleaning experiment device, and made the design scheme of the pulse-jet cleaning experiment.Then, according to the demands of the pulse-jet cleaning experiment, we made the hardware and software design for the measurement and control system of the pulse-jet cleaning experiment. We adopted Siemens S7-200 PLC(CPU 224 xp) as the controller, and use LabVIEW wrote the PC program. It can analyze, process and storage the field data and monitor the working state.Finally, we do the research of the pulse-jet cleaning fuzzy control technology and its application. Compared with the traditional timing control and constant pressure control, fuzzy control can ensure the stable and efficient operation of the bag filter whose parameters and conditions are complex. In this paper, we designed the two-stage and two-dimension fuzzy controller: 1. According to deviation EQ and its change rate EcQ between the actual flue gas flow value and its set value, we fuzzy conclude the revised value â–³P2 of the set value of the resistance. 2. According to the deviation EP and its change rate EcP between the actual resistance value â–³Pt and its set value â–³P, we fuzzy conclude the revised value â–³T of the pulse interval time. And we made the simulation of the fuzzy controller through the MATLAB fuzzy toolbox. We verified the advancement and reliability of the fuzzy controller through the simulink toolbox.
