| UV strippable adhesives have the similar property of pressure sensitive adhesives before UV-irradiation, while it can lose viscosity after UV-irradiation instantly. A few companies such as Japan and Korea are doing this research, UV strippable adhesives have been used in single crystal silicon, optical glass, and other precision machining process of photoelectric materials due to its fast development in product performance and production. Currently, this adhesive is mainly imported from Japan, which is rather expensive cause it cannot be produced in our country. With the increasement of the high-tech enterprises in our country, exploring the domestic market of UV strippable adhesive has a very broad prospects for development. This study put forwards two different kinds of preparation methods for UV strippable adhesives for the problem above. One is using the method of solution polymerization synthesis of acrylate copolymer solution with reactive groups(the base glue), UV strippable adhesives were made by mixing base glue and multifunctional photosensitive resin; The other base glue is made by thermoplastic elastomer mixed with viscosity-enhancing resin. By mixing SIS and viscosified resin proportionally, UV strippable Adhesives were prepared after multifunctional photosensitive resin was added. The effects of acrylic monomers contents, plasticizer contents, the type and dosage of thermoplastic elastomer and viscosity resin and the content of photosensitive resin on the performance of the product were investigated in this research. Mechanical properties of product were tested through initial adhesion test and 180 ° peel strength test. The structure properties of UV strippable adhesives were characterized by solubility testã€FT-IRã€DMA and SEM.The maximum of 180 ° peel strength of UV strippable adhesives can reach 15 N/25 mm before UV-irradiation, which is good enough to make wafer materials fixed on the base material, meeting the needs of wafer materials such as cutting, grinding and other processing and using process. After UV-irradiation, glued material can easily stripped from the base material because of the disappearence of adhesion stress. |
