| Junggar basin as the main battlefield of Sinopec in western exploration and development, oil and gas reservoirs are buried deeply, and have high hardness and the rock drillability is poor, all these disadvantages bring lots of difficulties for the highly efficient drilling. In this paper, contraposing the complex geological conditions of Junggar basin, conducted experiments of different formation rock mechanics and high pressure jet hydraulic rock sensitivity experimental analysis in Junggar basin, studied the relationship between the efficiency of hydraulic rock breaking and the formation drillability and the relationship between drilling bit water power and rock-breaking effection.(1)Through laboratory experiments measured rock mechanics parameters of the Junggar Basin such as rock formations drillability value, hardness and plasticity coefficient, research and analysis of rock drillability and rock hardness correlation model parameters provide the basis for optimizing drilling and the drilling design.(2)Through the simulated downhole conditions of hydraulic rock breaking experiments, it is concluded that the optional nozzle diameter, the optimal standoff distance, analysis the influence of the jet duration, nozzle pressure difference and the confining pressure effect of the injection, explored the different strata of the jet threshold pressure in Junggar basin, and selected suitable layer for high pressure jet drilling in junggar basin, including Cretaceous and Jurassic system.(3)Through the high pressure jet drilling adaptability analysis of the junggar formation, and statistics of the central, southern and northern block in junggar basin, in the light of different stratum drilling profiles, proposing donggou group, xishanyao group, sangonghe group, badaowan group, kelamayi group formation of high pressure jet drilling technology solutions, recommending the hydraulic parameters suitable for the formation, such as displacement, pump pressure, nozzle diameter. |
