Zein is a by-product during corn starch processing, as a biodegradable material, its development and application has gained more and more attention. Zein is rich in disulfide bonds and sulphur content, which contributes to its good film-forming properties. However, the film of zein has a defect of being brittle, thus it is important to research and develop the film to improve its mechanical properties and broaden its application. Taking zein as the main raw material, we added corn husk cellulose composite membrane preparation, detected the content of cellulose, film forming temperature, the amount of plasticizer and other process parameters on the influence of physical and mechanical properties of composite membrane. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using traditional alkali distillation method to extract corn husk cellulose, and with the ultrasonic wave technology as assistance, we investigated the effect of the NaOH concentration, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the cellulose content respectively. The results show that: the greatest impact on cellulose content is the ultrasonic time, followed by NaOH concentration, the last is the ultrasonic power. Parameter as follows: 10.5% NaOH concentration, ultrasonic power 180 w, 37 min ultrasonic time, under the condition of the cellulose content of 60.46%.( 2) Zein, cellulose were taken as raw material, cellulose content, glycerin content, film-forming temperature effect on the composite membrane, by adopting the method of comprehensive rating, using the response surface analysis software, the results that the content of cellulose and the two factors for the amount of glycerol significantly influence on composite membrane composite scores, for optimum technological parameters: the cellulose content of 0.06 g/g, Glycerin content of 0.19 g/g, film-forming temperature 70 ℃.Under the condition of the preparation of the composite membrane of the comprehensive score of 80.0.(3)The structure of the composite membrane were characterized, the obtained: electron microscope scanning results of composite membrane surface is smooth, there is a slight grain, no fold. It spectra showed that has the characteristics of protein.(4)The mandarin orange coating process was carried out to extend the storage time. Coating group can effectively reduce the weightlessness rate and sugar.(5)Strawberry had been coated for 72 h in the process, Coating group can effectively reduce weightlessness rate, sugar and Vc.(6)Egg was coated in the process to extend the storage time, coating group can effectively reduce the weightlessness rate, haugh unit has improved significantly.
