With the rapid development of national economy and the high-tech polymer materials increasingly used in all aspects of life, its processing performance, wear resistance and other reasons, widely used in tires, sealing, insulation film. But with the implementation of the European labeling laws, international market access threshold Chinese rubber products is increasing. Only by constantly improving the quality of rubber products, in order to successfully enter the international market, and process control all aspects of rubber products is a powerful guarantee to produce high quality rubber products. This is currently being overlooked an important part. Rubber liquidity influences the quality of the subsequent processing of rubber and rubber products and its stability is crucial thus flow ability test session.To address this issue, this paper focuses on rubber flow ability test mechanism and experimental studies, respectively, from the flow ability test compound mechanism, plastic material flow ability test methods and experimental research of rubber-depth study of mobility, specifically as follows:1. Known the domestic and foreign literature on the liquidity of finished rubber and the affect performance of semi-finished products from rubber departure liquidity basic research, to explore the impact of good or bad flowability for rubber mixing process and rubber processing and rubber in flow phenomena that occur during flow.2. Learned several existing domestic and international test compound mobility approach, such as several methods include Mooney viscosity tester, capillary rheometer, rubber processability analyzer detection equipment and their detection mechanism with systematically studied, combined with the actual production situation of the shear rate in the process to establishment of a plastic material flow analyzer mechanism and mathematical models, faster and more accurate obtained flow value.3. Used POLYFLOW finite element software to establish a physical flow model compound testing the major components of the testing process were simulated and analyzed by simulation comparing capillary rheometer rubber simulation results, find a suitable plastic material flowability tester best good caliber test parameters, test process to solve the exist rubber the accumulated problems.4. Investigated the relationship between the association and capillary rheometer flow between the tester and the Mooney viscosity and fluidity of rubber between the tester. Experimental study of the molecular weight of raw rubber, structure, composition is different, the content of reinforcing agent, rotor configuration, rotor turning, mixing process and the parking time and compound the impact of liquidity, found information about the physical parameters and liquidity relationship. Avoided the shear rate of capillary rheometer testing process is too high and the gap between the actual processing problems for the production of industrial,provide a theoretical basis rubber liquidity forecasting and measurements.
