High-speed cutting technology is the main part of the advanced manufacturing technology, is the main processing technology, compared to traditional processing technology, high-speed cutting both to improve processing quality and efficiency, but also provide technical support for green manufacturing. Research on high-speed machining theory, the development process, promotion of technology, is the main content of advanced manufacturing technology.In this paper, CNC milling process parameters during high-speed milling force and milling tool motion chip formation mechanism was studied. Firstly the milling speed, feed rate per tooth, the radial depth of cut, tool wear influence the degree of milling force. A variety of information with the same conventional cutting, high speed cutting in the cutting process of cutting force is also important physical phenomena, including cutting deformation, friction and wear, vibrations and the like.
