With the rapid development of China’s economy, people are becoming increasingly concerned about environmental issues. Therefore, control of the soot concentrations in atmospheric are facing new challenges. There are all kinds of smoke-line monitoring system(CEMS Continuous Emission Monitoring System) on the market, that meet the requirement of major factories to monitored the smoke. The measuring principle of CEMS are: light attenuation, difference frequency piezoelectric crystals and other methods. These methods have some shortcomings: the light attenuation measurement method can’t be applied in the low dust concentration, the piezoelectric crystal frequency difference method requires measurement must cleaning up the instrument and other issues after each finished.Combined with the actual situation of dust concentration monitoring in our country and according to the solid particle concentration measurement standards, using the weighting method, that issued by China National Environmental Monitoring Center, design and implement a soot filter automatic loading device based on weighing method. In particular, for the design of soot filter automatic loading device, the control of PLC and the drawing of human-machine interface on the cabinet were realized. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of soot filter automatic loading device’s station mechanical structure, the selection of the elements and the control parts of electrical and software. Finally, the factory’s real-time the dust concentration are monitored by device that designed, then analysis the error data that measured. Analysis of the reason that causes the error and describing the direction of improvement in the future.This device that have low manufacturing cost and the simple process, overcome the defect of the traditional weighing method, have high degree of automation, can be used in the state that long time no-attended monitoring, and suitable for monitoring the concentration of various dust. It can be widely used in the factories that need to monitor the dust concentration.
