Wooden hanger industry is in small part of national economy, but in Guangxi Province, the proportion is not to be ignored. Only in Guangxi Province, there are about 1000 production lines in the wooden hanger enterprises. But the low degree of automation equipments, the more worker, make the high cost, and also make some security issues,all of this issues have restricted the development of wooden hanger industry in Guangxi province. So the development of the new production equipment of wooden hangers is very meaningful.According to the traditional problems of the wooden hanger. We can design a Wood Hangers monolithic machining center,whose structure is reasonable and economical and applicable, to improve the production efficiency and reduce the danger.First the wooden hanger production process is analyzed. Then in the reference of the wooden clothes rack processing mode. Process the scheme of the Wood Hangers monolithic machining center, analyze and design the whole structure about the Wood Hangers monolithic machining center, including the feeding mechanism, the transmission mechanism.Then, take the cam mechanism of Wood Hangers monolithic machining center as the study subjects. In consider ion of geometry constraint conditions about the pressure angle and the minimum radius of curvature of contour line of the cam mechanism, taking the size and the contact stress of the cam as the optimization goals, build the optimized mathematic model for double. Then solve the problem with the Matlab optimization toolbox. The cam mechanism volume is reduced 6.83% and the contact stress is reduced by 9.8% though the optimal design. It makes the structure more compact and increase service life about the cam mechanism.Finally, using the UG 7.5 software, build the model of spare parts,which are belonged to the Wood Hangers monolithic machining center, and then assemble them virtually. Derive the whole model in the format of parasolid. Import the model into ADAMS. Build the simulation model of Wood Hangers monolithic machining center in the virtual prototype simulation environment in ADAMS.Though the simulation of motion and kinematics analysis about the Wood Hangers monolithic machining center, we can get the displacement velocity acceleration curve about the top tool carrier, the down tool carrier and the feed slide in the Wood Hangers monolithic machining center. The structure and motion parameters set with wooden hanger integral machining center are compared to verify the rationality of the design.It will short the time of product of wooden hanger integral machining center, reduce the cost,and improve the economy of the firms in the market.
