Tight oil and gas reservoir in slope areas is the important areas of TUHA oilfield exploration and development in recent years. For the low rate of penetration, long drilling circle, a mount of bit consumption, low aging pure drilling in slope areas over the past years, they have an serious effect on process of efficient development in this areas.This paper mainly studies the existing drilling problems. Based on basic research of rock drillability, formation pressure prediction, borehole stability, formation-deflecting-law, we have concluded a series of matching techniques mainly including the optimization of personalized bit and BHA. It can effectively improve rate of penetration in tight sand reservoir of deep wells in slope areas and achieve economy, efficient utilization of slope areas reservoir.Through technical research and field application in slope areas, such as Block Wenjisang, Huoyanshan and Hongtai, the rate of penetration has improved more than 20%. It’s expected to reach the goal and obtain the following innovations:(1) Through studying formation drillability, we developed a personalized bit with more impact and abrasive resistance. It makes substantive breakthrough in the ROP of deep well.(2) It riches speeding technology series by selective introduction and optimization with accelerating the new speeding tool and assembly, and increases deep well drilling speed through the integrated application of drilling speeding technology.Based on a large number of fundamental technical research and field test, it developed a series of techniques for Optimal and Fast Drilling applied in tight oil and gas reservoir in slope areas. It successfully improves ROP in these blocks and makes drilling matching technologies in slope areas of deep well more better and advanced. Furthermore, it provide technical support for the oilfield company to accelerate the pace of exploration and development.
